2006 \u2013 2020: CEO Icon Yachts, Harlingen
<\/strong>As CEO responsible for setting up a completely new yard, including its own personnel and material organization and cooperation with various partners.  Construction of Superyachts according to an innovative construction process. Set up to the broadening to refit and conversion projects.  Created and implemented excellent refit management structures. Extensive knowledge in the field of costing, planning and realization of complex projects.

2005 \u2013 2006: Briese Netherlands, Lilama Lisemco, Vietnam

Reorganization of the production and office management, including new planning and time accounting system and establishment of a purchasing department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
